Escalation follow-up email is missing the docs URL

Follow-up requests are arriving, but the docs URL is missing from the message body so agents cannot jump back into the published guide.

Check that docsBaseUrl is present in the embed config payload. We have seen blank follow-up context when the commercial docs origin is not resolved.
